Why kick below ages?
We all have had that time when a kid below 15 years of age joins our game. But why do you kick them? What I'm saying is the kid isn't a squeaker and he behaves, why u gotta be assholes and kick him?
If you like discussions like these follow me here in BUNGIE I post frequently about 1-3 times a week.

2 RisposteSome older players like myself may not do it out of malice but because we dont feel it is appropriate for children to be hanging out with adults, unless they are your own. I am a 50 yo man, as a parent myself I would not allow my children to play with someone my age. I used to have my fireteam unlocked, but have had to kick when a child has joined, I now have it always set to invite only. This is not being malicious, in a lot of cases we are talking adult concepts, drinking alcohol and maybe smoking. The language would not be suitable for minors. As adults we have a duty of care to protect the young. So although the child may be very mature for their age, the fact of the matter is that they are still children. And should be playing with other kids, not grown men.

I have never been kicked (15) until i told them my age. I have a deep voice, have gjallarhorn, swordbear, and usually get the most kills, but as soon as my age is discovered, people start being dicks. Like they were never fifteen.

4 RisposteLol one time there was this kid. He sent a voice message and I was like OMG. And then I thought ok, maybe he is good or even better than me and joined his fireteam after request. And then he had his mic turned on just to let me hear him smacking the whole time, chewing gum or whatever >_>

Its the speaking there are some kids that aren't high pitched but the ones that actually squeak are so annoying!!!!

Personally I like to invite 1 sqeaker to my raids when I get the Crota CP. Then right when we carry them up to the final phase where his enrage starts, I kick them. All these people kicking them right away are doing it all wrong.

Its not age as in old/young Its age as in maturity, ive played with 10 year olds who are more mature (kind of a squeaker, but he knew not to freak out a whole bunch) than an 18 year old Im a teenager right now and im very mature for my age (alot of my irl friends blare into their mic like there's no tomorrow and wont stop talking...)

5 RisposteSee the problem is with the kids is they dont SHUT UP they talk some stupid crap and make little pathetic noises down the mic. I recently kicked one cause he did just that and started trying to push us of the ledge in Vog saying its funny if you fall, its crap like that should be kept to the kids club he is from

I don't mind if a kid is on the fireteam. But if they do this non-stop irrelevant chatter or worse, if they start with the nervous singing, one of us is leaving.

I don't kick/leave unless the squeaky voice says something unsettling like, "Everybody keeps leaving this fireteam" or "Do you really need to be 30 or above to do Crota on hard?" "What's a boomer?" Stuff like that.

They always start off ok but then the comfort sets in and they start running there mouth or there squeaky friends join so my size 12 kick boot comes into effect
