Which nostril are you breathing through right now?
Close one nostril then breath, then close the next nostril and breath. The one you breath easier through is the one you're currently breathing through.
Edit: if you can't breath through either, then your breathing though your mouth so both

Mine switch every day. I have never breathed threw both my nostrils at once ;-;

When I was younger I was unable to breath with my nose. But starting this year my general health has been improving.
