Imagine if you had a friend that had 2 of every exotics and 2 of the best legendary weapons (fate bringer, ect.) and gave you one of each when you were a level 1, what would be the point of the game? I think if they were to put in a trading system I think it would best if the did something like an exotic for an exotic or a rare for rare and so on, tell me what you think! Edit: also how about items too like strange coins for motes, and vanguard a commendations for a crucible one, once again tell me what you think!
