I Sherpa raids frequently so I'm pretty forgiving. But over time, I have noticed some "red flags." Note that none of these things mean the raid will definitely fail. They're just warning signs. In the lobby, the following are red flags: 1. No mic or unresponsive in the lobby. If you're not communicating, this is a red flag. I know that many players can't or don't communicate and are quite good at raiding, but I've just noticed that raids tend to fail when there is less communication as opposed to more. 2. Lying to get me into the lobby. If you're a lower level player, just say it so I know what to expect. If you don't have a tracking rocket launcher or you're trying to level up some gear, just say so from the outset and we can adjust by getting some other higher level players to help adjust for the situation. If I see you're lying about something as simple as level or gear, I have to assume you're lying about other things too, and in my experience, the raid will fail. 3. Foreign language players. Goes back to #1. In the game, the following are signs that your group could fail. 1. No communication. See above. 2. Guys who blame multiple deaths on their teammates or rage. These guys often quit, resulting in failed raids. 3. Too much heavy ammo glitching, unless you're waiting for someone or it's otherwise a very competent and confident group of players who are doing the glitch in order to ensure a flawless first-attempt. In my opinion, it's no problem to do it for the first attempt or doing it once in awhile if a synth happens to have not yet cooled down. But if you do the heavy ammo glitch every time because you don't want to stock up on synths, or if you won't use them, I've noticed that the raid often fails. Not always, mind you, but it's a red flag. 5. Any indication that you don't know how to do it without cheesing. Cheesing in order to save time is fine, but cheesing because you don't know how to do it legit means that the raid will fail as soon as something goes wrong. EDIT: Please stop posting to tell me how you do or don't do one of these things and you have X number of completions. Like I've said numerous times, these are red flags from my own experiences that any particular raid group (especially from LFG/pick up groups) might fail, not mandatory requirements.
