Why r there no blaming exotic boots for warlockd
Why not I mean everyone else has them for their class

What perk would you alter with boots? I can think of one movement perk you could boost with an exotic but it wouldn't be useful compared to alternative exotic pieces.

We're fabulous enough with our capes, shinny boots aren't needed.

They trade it off for another exotic chest armor or gauntlets or some such
