Best non exotic pvp hand cannon
I want to know the community's favorite non exotic hand cannons for the Crucible, I would say mine would have to be the word of crota. I always get three shot kills with this beast.
edit: what do yall think are the best perks for the red hand? I'm trying to get a good roll

Personally my favorite non exotic HC is the Red Hand IX with LITC, Smallbore and Final Round. LITC and Final Round are self explanatory, Smallbore increases range and stability whilst reducing your mag size which synergises well with LITC. TrueSight IS or SureShot IS is great to have as it increases your aim assist coupled with that fact that Red Hand has the second highest aim assist (89/100, highest achievable is 90/100) makes it a dream to land consecutive head shots with ease. http://db.planetdestiny.com/items/weapons/primary/handcannon The link above will show you the stats for all HC's and is a good place to start when trying to look for an ideal weapon of choice. Perks will be a personal preference things most times but the roll I have described above make my Red Hand feel like a mini Hawkawesome due to its high impact of 81 (Crti = 84 damage, LITC/FR = 114 damage) means 2 shot kills occur at lease once but usually twice per mag/clip for me. Interested to see if other people agree but generally speaking I can't see too many people trying to roll for anything other than more damage + stability perks for pvp, reload speed can be addressed with the right armor and skill perk choices for some classes.

Been rolling with, up the ante. I feel It is a pretty solid hand cannon. Lower impact, slightly faster RoF, but still a 3 head shot kill.

11 RisposteI have yet to see a hand cannon that is better than the Word of Crota in PvP (Based off of base stats, not perks).

Got Ill will with luck in the chamber and final round (with braced frame so a 5 round mag) and I don't see what all the hype is to be honest. The reload absolutely sucks. Almost max impact, granted. But the fire rate and reload just don't do it for me
