Most frustrating way you've died in PvE
I was walking along on Mars trying to complete the knuckle duster bounty, and a few others. Suddenly a phalanx melees me and I go flying across the map and into the air. Sooner than later hitting a wall ending the knuckle duster bounty. I needed only a few more melee kills. What's your story?
Edit:love the stories guys, I've experienced the same ones too. A majority of them. Some not so much.
Edit 2: if you guys have videos of your stories please do share. Many of them are pretty damn funny. Also there are a lot of trip mine deaths.

5 RisposteI kill the guy camping to get the heavy ammo, t-bag him, take the heavy ammo by myself, try to shoot the other guy and kill myself shooting at the wall.

So used to playing with my warlock that when I run VoG on my Titan I come out of the portal, jump to the center platform, and glide straight over it and die..... With the relic. Sorry guys... That's a wipe

2 RisposteI was 8700 of my 9000 exp bounty. Went to step back to snipe, fell in a hole and died. Had to start bounty all over.

1 RispondiI had a run a few days ago, where I was killed by the architects at least 3 times doing a patrol bounty. Riding on my sparrow, and boom! Flying through the air, killed by architects.

I was standing in a puddle, surrounded by a pack of thralls. I was swinging around my Found Verdict shooting randomly at the thralls. I wasn't paying attention and accidentally pointed it down....

5 RisposteIt's my second time running sword on Crota's End. The big guy only needs a couple more hits and we will have sweet sweet victory. We drop the swordbearer and as I'm running to collect the final tool of Crota's destruction I hear the distinct sound of a Titan's shoulder charge. Suddenly, I'm flying across the map, I smack the the far wall and I'm dead. Crota summons his Oversoul and everyone else dies. Moral of the story: Don't shoulder charge your teammates.

2 RisposteThe old "fall damage" death. Me- "Woops, I'm falling. Shouldn't die considering the fall is maybe 2 meters at most" Bungie- "Look a player is falling. Bump up fall damage by 1000%!!"

1 RispondiAs a sword bearer telling your team to drop crota, then jumping up for the kill and seeing all the rockets flying by him. Then crota turn to you and smashes you.

4 RisposteHad 100 Xp left in the 9000 bounty. Went to tower to decrypt. Got shards out of legendary. Forgot deaths in tower count. Jumped off the side in disappointment. Went to patrol to get the xp. Did two missions. Wondered why it wasn't done. Checked bounties. Jumped off nearest cliff.

When you're running the sword on hard Crota cp and the sword disappears in your hand and you pull out a gally and blow it in Crotas arse... LOL... Just wipe...

I was in the skypwatch trying to kill Urzok for Eris when suddenly all hell broke loose and the screen was flooded with Hive and Fallen in a gang war then they all turned on me. Pretty sure my ghost sent me home in a tiny baggie after that.

Stepped on my own tripmine. Now I use Bladedancer in PvE.
