Was the iron grind worth it for you?
Iron banner is coming to a close. I'm sure some of you grinned it out to buy Jolders Hammer or played countless matches to have RNG bless you with Felwinters Lie. This is a post to gloat about what you received for you hard work.
I started of by being rewarded with Gheleons Demise which I then got again. Then I gave up my glimmer to Lord Saladin to by a Jolders Hammer. Then it was back to the exclusion zone to save my glimmer for Silimars Wrath. Up until an hour ago I was without the one gun that made me step foot into the iron banner. Then Felwinters Lie finally dropped three hours before the iron banner would fall making this gun impossible to get for ages.
P.S I got 4 legendary ships and one of them was the iron banner one. All of the gear is on my hunter.

Only got one ship and no gun drops this time, much worse than last IB when I got 3 ships, 1 gun and 1 exotic. Picked up a chest piece, Jolder's Hammer and the auto rifle, the last I probably won't use but bought it anyway.

I wanted at least one gun, the cape, and "The Birth of History." I got Felwinter's Lie with return to sender and shot package. One match short of getting the cape, had to log off because I wanted to get a little sleep.

as soon as I level up my chest my warlock will be 32 w/o ever doing a raid. got all the guns I wanted, disappointed in the rifle at lvl 5 this time, I'm not sure where I'd ever want to use it at.

I'm good Had a Silimar's Wrath from earlier and all the class items, emblems & shaders, so I just got all 3 of my characters to level 4, for the chest piece & boots, now every character has IB chest & boots(hopin for gloves & helmets next time) also got 2 Jolder's Hammers(it will drop next time) also got 3 fellwinter's as a drop (1 w final round, hammerforged & rangefinder) 1 gheleon's demise, 1 universal remote, 2 ships april 14 cant come soon enough

Got the scout rifle to drop Sat night as I hit level 3, then leveled through 5 on Monday with ZERO drops. Later on, right before the reset, a friend of mine dragged me back into the IB for one game that he needed to hit level 3. Boom! I get Felwinter's Lie not more than 5 minutes before the IB was over. I never purchased anything more than shader and cape. Not a bad IB at all.

I bought everything there was to buy, had two Gheleon's Demise drop, had a Felwinter's Lie drop, and around an hour before it ended the Iron Banner ship dropped for me. It's the first Iron Banner I've played since beta. I now regret not playing earlier. I would love some sexy gauntlets to go with my sexy chest and leg armor. I'll be participating from now on.

I got two Felwinters Lies, and the second one was a perfect roll with kneepads, hammer forged and rangefinder. Too bad i screwed it up by reforging because i wanted luck in the chamber instead. Now it's luck in the chamber, hammer forged and crowd control. Welp at least my first one has shot package. I'll learn not to be greedy next time :(

I got a second Felwinter's Lie, and I'm very happy about it because now I have a full auto one and one with shot package, the full auto one is on my hunter

3 RisposteI wanted the Chest for Hunter and warlock and Jolders Hammer. Bought the chests and 3x Jolders Hammer so I could play around with rerolling. Its nice to know you can reroll at the next event again. No more exotic engrams for me! I battled hunter and warlock to lv 5, kept playing because i wanted another Radegast Fury Rocket Launcher. unfortunately the only drops were a Gheleons Demise that i got already with the best perks, and one Felwinters Lie (yeahh rerolled it with shot package) I am a bit disappointed about the drops, playing from wednesday till late night yesterday to see if Radegast would drop but no luck. The forum is full of people complaining about weapons you do not get but with this Iron Banner i started to understand this feeling... Dont know about you all but this Iron Banner was different from the last one. I found this one much more frustrating than last time. Good thing is that i was able to change playstyle, now using Hawkmoon and sniper as combo much more. But I am still very average at PVP

Worth it, but I'm so done with it for a while. I got: Warlock chest Jolders Hammer Felwinter's Lie Sunbreakers Hunter boots Hunter chest Hunter cloak & a 2nd gheleon's demise - which kind of made a mockery of the effort I put in to get this on the last Banner

At the last moment, I decided to get the Warlock-Chestpiece (instead of Jolders Hammer); best. decision. ever. That Iron-Banner Warlock-Chestpiece is the best looking thing in the game (of everything: armour, weapons, emblems, bonds...).

5 RisposteNot a shotgun scrub, so I dismantled 3 of those. Rolled a pretty nice Gheleon's Demise though. Rodeo, Flared Magwell and Firefly.

2 RisposteFirst time I really even tried to level up in IB, got to rank 4 and a half, I got a legendary engram about halfway through, but it only turned into shards, no other legendary drops, bought the chest and mark for my titan. I wish I could have gotten some other things, but oh well, I'll be 32 soon now on my titan anyway, that's all I really cared about.

Two Felwinters Lie drops Two Gheleons demise drops Patience and Time drop Smokehouse 6, Dream Eater, 80s proofreader drops. All in all I'm happy. Crotas End was refusing to drop a helmet or chest for my Hunter, so I'm finally 32 across the board (or when I feel like it lol, sometimes crucible armor blends result in 31 light, but W/E). This game just keeps on delivering.

Got a Felwinter's Lie with good enough perks so I'm happy. Wanted Gheleon's Demise though.

Bought three Jolder's Hammers, and rerolled them until I got one Arc, one Void, and One Solar, and they all wound up having great perks. So I'm very happy.
