I FINALLY DID IT. When I least expected it. When we were down over 1000 points. When my team was full of level 28s against a team full of 32's You know what? Those YUNG scrubs and myself (the scrub lord) pulled through We came through the fire and flames of the hell storm that is the iron banner The opposing team had an easy start. They captured all 3 zones within 1 minute But they got cocky They focused on the kills rather than the zones And when the scrub army captured both A and B, it was cake from there. We fought the good fight and let them run into the bullets of our freshly bought Hard Light auto rifles. And the most bizarre thing happened. We won. We won by a crushing landslide. And myself, hearing the pre- pubescent screaming of the squeakers, was shocked to see that I had unlocked grimore for ghorn. Odd, I told myself. I didn't see ghorn in the rewards post game. I went to check my heavy weapon inventory and LO AND BEHOLD. THAT BEAUTIFUL SHINING HATE LAUNCHER FROM SPACE WAS WAITING FOR ME . thank you bungie Thank you RNG thank you iron banner But most of all, thank you young scrubs for showing me that some level 28s can really pull through.
