Lvl 32 IB gear legit?
After this IB I'm gonna finally reach lvl 32. I don't raid for various reasons--won't get into it but it's been very unpleasant.
Is it legit in your eyes or not? Please briefly explain.
Edit: I have two CE completions and got two pieces of armor. You know what I did? Nothing. One guy soloed lamps and a warlock jumped off the ledge at bridge. That sucked! Then we glitched Crota :(
Edit 2: Seems the community has spoken. Minus a few die hard raiders, seems it's legit.

Congrats on the CoD space gear to reach LVL 32! There is no legit way to do anything in this game. PvP and PvE desperately needs to be separated. Different gear for different games.

Its easier to level up, giving you a WAY faster way to get 32. I hit 32 with my Hunter and Titan through IB, anybody who wants to say otherwise can kindly step into the IB and see where my skills lie.

More legit than CE imo; with a raid you can either get the full set in a couple raids or do a ton and get nothing. IB rewards you for hard work.

My Titan is 32 with raid armor, my Hunter will be 32 with IB armor 32 is 32

Look at the number next to your level. If it says 32 you're a legit 32.

Yeah it's more time consuming playing IB than playing Crota

It's legit either way you want to hit 32. But I don't know why it even matters cause outside the raid and IB. Being 32 has no bearing with everything else being capped lower.

You work harder than raiders... You can get full raid gear within 2 hours, and shards within maybe 3? Yea... You deserve 32 more...

The way i see it, there are 2 forms of level 32 guardians, neither of which are fake. There's the Raid Guardian, who reaches level 32 through conquering the vault of glass and Crota's End, and there's the Iron Banner Guardian, the one who reaches level 32 through means of destroying his/her enemies in head to head combat and comes out victorious.

If you received the game through legal means, anything you get is legit. Yes, being 32 with IB is legit. I'm upset I won't be able to get 32 with just IB armor because I missed arms last time.

Not to mention level 32 is completely irrelevant unless you're a sword bearer. It's not a milestone other than for that one function. Also, IB gear is pretty crap in reality unless you use a scout/auto rifle. Doesn't have extra heavy ammo, poop.

3 RisposteI'm not gonna say one is harder than the other. I've never grinded iron banner for armour, barely done it all, I'm rubbish at crucible. I have 2 raid 32 characters. So I'm not biased, I'm a solely pve player. The people saying it takes more skill to get 32 iron banner are wrong. You don't ever have to win a game, just keep playing and losing, you'll still eventually get there. The people saying it takes more skill to get to raid 32 are also wrong. There's players have gotten all raid gear in I'm their first CE normal. That doesn't take skill. People say it's faster to get 32 with iron banner which is ridiculous, as there is only two pieces of gear for sale each event. Which makes it at least a two month affair to get level 32, if you're lucky. People say it's faster to get raid 32, also rubbish. Yeah you can get armour to hit level 32 in one raid. You also need to grind 63 radiant shards, only available through the raid to level it. My point is, both are acceptable. It's two sides of the same coin. It's utterly ridiculous to compare the two, as they're incomparable. 32 is 32, it means somebody has reached the pinnacle of whatever aspect of the game they like to play. We are all here to have fun and play a game we enjoy, why the need for all this elitist, special little snowflake in-fighting?

bungie says it's level 32. Who's to say where you got it ? I actually reached level 32 first thx to IB gauntlets, I didn't have enough radiant shards at that time, whereas normal shards accumulate like a pile of dung.

If you didn't lag switch or cheat in other ways is legit.
