I know there are people out there who constantly get carried and think they know everything after a couple of completions. I came into the raids later than most (mid January) but since I didn't want to be a burden to be carried I made sure to read through multiple walk throughs before I made even one attempt. The first time was a little iffy as I was getting used to actually running it, after about the 3rd time though I was comfortable enough to help people through it. I can see how flashing the miniature on Venus would be a huge help, but too many times I've been lined up to kill all three hobs at once and someone throws a grenade down and sends them all into stasis. I don't think I've ever had someone use flashbangs for them so I didn't know that they don't trigger stasis. Still as long as you have a competent relic bearer, taking down the hobs without grenades should be easy
