What's your worst fear?
My worst fear is needles. I just can't stand them. Every time I go to the doctor i usually pass out giving blood. I am 27 6'1 200lbs . A 1-3 inch skinny piece of metal gets me every time.
What's your biggest fear? And ,if anything , what are you doing to try and get over that fear?
Edit 1: my second worst fear is heights ,but this summer I am going skydiving . I say this because if you see someone with a fear you have gotten over give them some tips/encouragement to do the same.

1 RispondiDrowning or being set on fire and burned alive. Or getting -blam!-. As a 23 year old man I realise that isn't a realistic fear but the thought of it scares me.

Bridges over water. I'm afraid of the bridge breaking and falling into the water below, getting trapped in my car and end up drowning to death. Yep. I go into panic attacks and shit. I refuse to drive over any large bridge with water underneath. If I have to, I won't. For anything. Also, I'm a certified lifeguard and I'm a master diver. I'll dive down and save other people but the thought of myself being stuck without a way out scares the hell out of me.

Needles really don't bother me. I just look away and ignore it, it's just a pinch. Now, a spinal tap or bone-break injection would suck ass.

I have severe claustrophobia. It doesn't necessarily need to a tight space, but more just a feeling of restrictions or freedom or generally a lack of mobility. Even if I experience it in a video game (Metroid Prime got me bad a few times) I start freaking out and having anxiety attacks real bad. I once got an attack when I was locked in the waiting room of my psychiatrist for 4-5 hours! By the time I finally saw him, I was a mess.
