Thorn bounty makes you a dick
Ugh. Already received some hate messages calling me a camping bitch and I have to wait less for the heavy if I see any red less I die and slow my progress.
I quit the bounty the 1st time because it seemed like such a pain in the ass without a void primary and now it's turning me into a player I despise. Heavy hoarding, camping sniper and slide shotgun jerk.
It's also a boring ass style of play. Good on you if you think it's fun but damn it's not for me. I'm finally getting some positive kd games but it's not like I'm contributing with a sniper and corrective measure.

4 RisposteI don't think I was hated, I probably was looked at weirdly for using atheon epilloge. I think i used plug 1.one for like 25% of the kills or something, most of the kills were atheon epilloge

Received the thorn bounty today. Beat the bounty and got the gun after 3 hours. I always thought this bounty was supposed to be hard but turns out using Word of Crota in the crucible bagged me the 500 points in less than 2 hours Then beating the boss before Phogoth was easy too. Did it solo. Thankfully my ghorn I received this week also took her down in two rockets lol All in all an easy bounty but I guess made easier my the DLC void gun and the epic rocket launcher lol

Agreed the play style sucks, but the end result is worth it. At this point, I don't plan on doing it again.

Agreed man but I'm a very effective sniper. I got probly 60% kills with pradyeths revenge.

14 RisposteVoid fusion rifle. It's not hard. I have a plug one fusion rifle and that thing destroys at a very far range. I think I managed to get almost 30 kills in a game using just that. Came out with a 3.3 k/d.

I feel your pain brother. At the time all I had was a rate void shotgun. Embarrassed to admit I played w a shotgun but the bounty itself wasn't all too difficult. It's the phogoth part that sucks.

Small room camping with a shotty is the way to go. Sucks but worth the pain.

Had to use a void fusion rifle during the second week of launch to get it. Never have I touched another fusion rifle in cruicible.

Don't sweat the hate. I camped like a mofo doing that bounty so it would get done fast. Screw the objectives! Stay near where heavy ammo drops, and be unapologetic about it. If it was like the bounty for Bad Juju where you just need to kill x amount of guardians that would be one thing. Want to penalize me for dying? Then I'll just play in a way that makes it hard to die.

Started today. Halfway done. Getting most kills with corrective measure. Way better than truth. Just camping heavy spots and being defensive.

Actually just finished that while I was grinding Iron Banner. Figured as long as I'm grinding the crucible I may as well rack up my void kills. People get so mad when you're blowing up their skulls with praedyths revenge
