2/25/15 update happened and now I have a limited software agreement did anyone else get this after the update? What am I being limited too? I don't buy it's just legal stuff....when the expansion came out before I purchased it I had to sign this and it locked up features that were available before the pass. So what am I agreeing to being limited too exactly? Can't play unless I agree....b.s. I've spent $110 between taxes game and expansion passes to be limited to what and why? This was a patch. I've already tried restoring licenses.

It's normal to see it come up if they've changed any text within the EULA itself (which makes me wonder what changed in it that they needed to ask us to agree to it yet again, justification to ban for glitching maybe?), no idea why some aren't seeing it though.

6 RisposteIt is not uncommon and generally just outlines a few things 1. You will not profit off their software 2. You are purchasing an end user access and are not entitled nor purchasing any of the actual intellectual property (essentially just saying you are allowed to play but not modify or own any part of the game or dlc itself ) 3. You will not make copies Read your agreements man, it's not that difficult

Dude, everyone got it. They're not going to pick certain people. Quit being so paranoid. What are you so scared of?

5 RisposteMeh... I had too agree, my fiance had to agree... its like everything else anyone wants to do... there is always an agreement... As long as no one walks up to my door talking about a cartmanIPODhumancentipede thingy i'm not worried about it...

I got it, too. I suspect many others got it as well but that most people just clicked through it without realizing it was the EULA. Or perhaps something about your configuration and mine meant that Bungie wanted us to confirm agreement to the EULA, such as it wasn't recorded correctly the first time. Your agreeing to a limited license of software consisting of the Destiny game and probably related software, such as this web site. A limited license is Bungie, Inc. saying to you "we own this but you can use it in these limited ways but you can't use it in these other ways ...." By agreeing to the EULA after 1.1.1 you're really just confirming that the terms you agreed to in the past also cover the software as modified.
