When running sword I use 3rd man. I have a red death, but having Gally available for sword bearer is just way more valuable to me

Mask of the Third Man gives you health when you pick up an Orb, or you can use Red Death or Suros Regime if you have either. Blade dancer has a perk to regen health from kills as well.

I use red death and I saved a blue helmet for healing when picking up an orb. I only use it when I'm inside the room and no thrall to kill, pick up orb and switch back

Blade dancers can heal, so can red death, suros, mask of third man, if u get lucky a raid helmet with healing can drop for you. Those are your options

Suros for now. Until I get Mask of the Third Man or a Crota helmet with the health regen perk. I've had like 12 helmets drop since the DLC and not one had it.
