Why are hunters shafted in PVP?
Melee is way under power.
Grenades SUCK!
Invisibility must actually highlight the hunter.
-
Hunter is really weak in pvp
-
Bladedancer is killed pretty easily IMO. I play all classes, but the number of kills as bladedancer don't compare to my lock super blast.
-
Best supers, trip mine is incredible, throwing knife is too if you use it properly.
-
1 RispondiMelee warlock>hunter>titan Grenades warlock>hunter>titan
-
I think Hunters are just as good as any other class in PvP. I wreck with my bladedancer hunter and I wreck with my defender titan. It's not hard you know
-
Hunters shafted in PvP? WTF are you smoking? 60% of every leader board on every platform is composed of hunters. Hunters have the #1 high skill level super (GG) AND the number #1 casual skill level super (Blade dancer). And anyone who thinks their grenades suck don't know how to use trip mine...
-
This has to be satire
-
Takes you off radar. Most important part of invisibility
-
2 RisposteBeacause hunters are for mlgs.
-
Hunters are good in PvP. Any class is if you're playing idiots. However if there are bladedancers I'm happy. A shotgun to the face and a punch kills them easy. If rather a bladedancer on the enemy team then a fist of panic who takes out my bubble.
-
1 RispondiGrenades are a crutch. Melee is a crutch. Invisibility is useless. Symbiote helmet, 4 shots. Wipe out whole team. Golden Gun is OP and a beautiful thing.

Modificato da IcyIcicles: 2/23/2015 6:06:05 PMMy best class is hunter. But i guess ive played him the most. All the classes are fun and all have good aspects. Hunter super nets the most amount of kills consistently by far. Tripmine has saved me more times than i can count. And if youre relying on melee, well you are not playing hunter right unless youre a blade dancer. My rolling kd is more indicative of how i have been doing recently. And ive never played with a fireteam. If I had my KD would probably be a lot better than it is.
-
I only made a hunter for use as a pvpfag...useless in anything else doe
-
5 RisposteHunters are good in pvp, but thats all they are good for.
-
Use the golden gun.
-
8 RisposteHunter requires most skill especially gunslinger. Every other super is a joke to use. Gunslingers have no protection and have to aim to kill. MLG. Hunters are best.
-
Modificato da It's, it's, it's, Grippy: 2/23/2015 5:54:44 PMThe classes are so similar in this game, I don't see how people say that they're really that different. (Speaking in terms of crucible of course) This is what every class has: Sticky one shot grenade. Area damage grenade. Shitty tracking grenade. "Special" melee that is basically a slightly more damage version of regular melee, or has a special useless effect. Super that is sort of different from other classes but still gets you one or two kills every time. (More if you're lucky)
-
Arc blade makes up for it all.
-
1 RispondiIf you're a Hunter and rely on melee in crucible, you're bad. Hunters are the most agile and by far have the best super for pvp. Hands down best pvp class
-
4 RisposteModificato da madmannyg: 2/23/2015 5:34:23 PMHere's the load out you need. For blade dancer. Blink for the sake of pissing ppl off. And if you're not good at it force yourself to use it you will get used to it. For blink strike use back stab. Get behind an enemy? Instant 1 hit kill. Use hungering blade not invis. Ppl that use invis still get seen! Hungering blade with blade dancer makes u even harder to kill using bladedancer regen health every kill will make u like a ninja tank of death! When I kill a hunter with invis in crucible are still noobs. They give me trophies every time XD
-
Research the % of the class with the most kills in pvp. Proper decisions in pvp will make any of the 3 classes OP. I have allot to learn, but I know this aspect. Don't stress over classes... Make better decisions.
-
Trip mine grenade is amazing if I go in to cap a zone I throw it on the adjacent wall if I get overwhelmed boom I get a post mortem medal
-
16 RisposteWhat I've taken from pvp is that each character has an advantage in one area. Warlocks have their grenades, Titans have their melee, and Hunters have their supers
-
If this was true, I wouldn't see mostly hunters in PVP all the time.
-
You just need to take advantage of certain grenades abilities. Like the tripmine. I get tons of kills because people will run around a corner not seeing the ominous red light and boom +1. As for the melee that's debatable.
-
I don't think the tripmine grenade sucks, I love running into a group and sticking it to some guy or gall and watching them think nothing is a miss then boom, flying backflips. Guardian down.
