make it so that legendary gear acquired from engrams is the same as its shop counterpart
i've gotten two paybacks and a dr. nope without stability boosts and were instantly scrapped. this also happened to some ppl i know.

Based on your responses below you say you don't want vendor perks because they're not good. But you also don't want the perks you're getting because they're not good. So you'd rather get vendor perks that you don't want than random perks you don't want so you can dismantle the weapons anyway?

No for they are rng and meant to be different then vendor items.

Nope. Got an Another NITC with the same main perks as a Fatebringer. That weapon is awesome.

I got a cryptic dragon with explosive rounds and third eye. It's so much better than the one that they sold

Terrible idea. The vendor perks on most of these guns are downright terrible.

I'd like that. [spoiler]If that applied to vendor armor only.[/spoiler] I got a Dead Orbit helm out of an engram for my Warlock. Maxes out at 27 light when the vendor one goes up to 33.

2 RisposteLol than everyone would really have the same weapons the only thing making other characters unique is their weapon perks. I'm not sure who agreed with you but you must have gotten a legendary weapon with better rolls than the vendor version.
