Troll Deletes Kids account and Characters. Lets help find this person and put them on blast
Watch the video. Kid let someone online share play on his account to level up faster. Kid was naive. But this Troll proceeded to delete this kids highest Characters and then some of his exotics. This was a grown adult doing this to this kid.
I think this was incredibly crappy. Along the same lines a swatting someone. Lets spread the word so hopefully Bungie can help. And we find who this troll was and give them some Karma

Just because his characters got deleted, theres posts everywhere but the [u]same[/u] guy did the [u]same[/u] thing to a girl in December and they even posted a thread saying " Beware KermitThefrog". How many people cared? Nobody. There werent all these posts saying " ban kermit". You people suddenly care? Lol The fact somebody made a post WARNING ABOUT KERMIT [b][u]LAST YEAR[/u][/b] and some kid still trusted him is pretty funny. Happened to some older girl? Who cares An 11 year old? CALL THE COPS CALL THE FBI BAN KERMIT GET HIM SPAM HIS ACCOUNT WAHHHHHH

Atleast it was losing his characters and not "hey let me come over and play on your ps4" Good life lesson learned early and not damaging in any way.

We all have to learn the hard way. I lost a few items in Diablo 2 for trading items that couldn't traditionally be traded within the system. I was out smarted and fell to some shady tactics. I don't feel bad for this kid, nor feel anything towards the guy who did it. Tough lesson, but I doubt this is the only time this has happened lol.

He tried to play it cool, possibly sniffling while loading up destiny, thinking about his dismantled plan c. Then as he sees his 31 warlock and 26 titan have entered the void, and he starts to bawl, it brings a smile to my face.

I think everyone is missing the most important thing here. The kid had two characters deleted. That sucks, but he can replay and regrind to get back to where he was at. Also, its not like the kid had his credit card information stolen or had his home address looked up. Now if that were the case I would say more affirmative action should take place. You shouldn't just hand over control of your system to just anybody. I'm sure PlayStation and Bungie would both agree to that

Kid wasn't trying to 'level up faster', kid was accepting an offer to have his character glitch/cheat to a higher level. Kid is too young to be playing w/o supervision; bad parenting. Kid lied to twitch about his age/parents letting a child stream to strangers on the net; horrible parenting.

This kid provided much needed laughter lol The ending was priceless. No one actually give a shit about the kid though. Don't understand why a bunch of people on here want to ban the only frog that loves that fat ass pig. All I know is I wouldn't want to take the place of Kermit if he is banned.

4 RisposteHard to say really. I'm new to the story, but I'm not sure what the kid was expecting to get out of it. It looks like he had 3 toons lvled already. However the perpetrator does deserve to be banned. Sony themselves need to find his information themselves and issue a lifetime ban. This makes a great feature look horrible. I'm sure there's some assholes out there right now thinking about doing this to someone that pisses them off too.

Bungie already stated they will not replace any stolen or lost gear. I dunno bout anyone else but when I was a young gamer I tryed to maphack in diablo and the guy who showed me basically got me to dl a hack that makes all my gear drop to the ground and force close the game and everything was gone. Long story short I learned that hacking in games won't prosper. So I'd say the kid still learned a good lesson but the kirmit guy messed wit karma so he will learn a life lesson soon I'm sure.

5 Risposte*hmph* All these white knight idiots, spreading like a disease. And by all means, I didn't enjoy what Kermit did, I'm thinking on the situation as a realist. The boy didn't understand what could have happened and didn't think on it. He was too keen on having good loot on his characters. The kind of loot that was promised to him through [b]glitches and/or hacks[/b]. What Kermit did is the biggest dick move you can do in Destiny, but you can't get him banned when he was [i]given control over CuckooKnight's profile, FROM CUCKOOKNIGHT HIMSELF.[/i] So by all means, no one should be getting banned in this case.
