I do not believe we need more vault space. I believe we need the ability to access the vault from orbit
I believe that if you create 3 different characters and do not overly hoard weapons you do not need vault space. I believe by adding vault space bungie will remove some of the key decision making procedures required in this game.
So much hate. Anyhow Average number of tower trips with my method 2 one to get bounties 1 to turn em in. Unless you get an engram and you just can't wait to decrypt it. Tower visits with larger vault?

It's not so much hoarding as it is being smart with inventory. I have most exotics. They're fairly tough to be lucky enough to get. Let's say all the sudden universal remote becomes relevant with the shotgun buff coming, or another gun becomes useful because of perks (see red death). I'd be pissed if I broke it down and couldn't get it again... My vault is full, nearly only with exotics. I'm not hoarding, I'm collecting. I need more vault space. I broke down nearly all my VOG legendaries, except voc and atheons epilogue for the NF burns. I wish I could have kept them all, as they each actually had a story

Agree should be able to access from orbit. But it should still be expanded.

3 RisposteSome of us want to collect exotics, raid weapons especially legendary primaries, and other stuff. With Bungie changing stats, nerfing and buffing as they so chose. Breaking down stuff is risky business. Example, with the last update, pulse rifles got a huge buff, I had broken down so many because they were worthless and I needed the vault space. You personally may not need/want the space, but some of us actually could use it.

No....we need more vault space. What if I cant to collect every exotic, every raid item, every shader, every emblem, every sparrow, every ship. Its just not possible even with three characters. Bottom line is we need more vault space.

We have 3 vault tower/pillar things that are all linked to the SAME damn vault. Why can't the 3 be a separate vault from one another? Problem solved

Even if I could access my vault from orbit I would still want more space.

I believe the way it works is the vault is in the tower and the gear you carry (30 weapon slots and 40 armour slots plus materials etc) is kept in your ship and accessed by your ghost, so having access to your vault from orbit would make no sense.
