what was the dumbest thing you did when you were a noob at destiny
When I was lvl 15 and was doing a strike on Mars I saw this orangish red capsule and being a noob I stood on top of it and shot it with my gun and then in the blink of an eye my body went flying and I died. This was a great learning experience in my life.haha share your best noob moments below

I hopped off my Sparrow and decided to poke around a group of crashed planes. Suddenly, the sky went dark, and my ghost warned me to watch out, like a little mechanical Navi. A Fallen Captain appeared and I took part in my first public event. For the first thirty seconds or so, I fought alone. Desperately clinging to life, I hid behind a rock formation to restore my shield. Their arrival could not have been more glorious if it was heralded by trumpets. Two guardians with a much more seasoned determination about them came rocketing over the wreckage of the aircraft, brandishing amazing wraps and skill. The three of us took down that Captain together. I like to think I loosened him up a bit for them. But that is neither here, nor there. The important part of this story guardians, is to know how to emote and show your gratitude when someone helps you. Otherwise, when you're rescued and your saviors are standing in front of you, waving, you might just accidentally hit the grenade button and bean one of them right in the face.

I thought xur was a vendor but a perm vendor so I never bought anything from him until lvl 20 when I was not a noob also I didn't buy GHORN when I had the coins

I thought orbs of light were engrams. So when my super was fully charged I ran to get my "engrams" and then I complained to bungie that I couldn't pick up the engrams

Joined in a random group during the VoG and they were at the Gorgon Maze. Tried killing the Gorgon about 4 wipes in a row until someone finally spoke up and was asking who kept getting spotted. I tried playing it cool and ignored his question entirely. Because I'm pro like that.

Second week Xur was at tower, bought Helm of Inmost light instead of Gjallarhorn. Only took 18 weeks for it to finally drop on a Nightfall for me.

1 RispondiFirst time I played VoG every time id get the bubble around me at Templar and atheon I would shoot it with a rocket launcher. Still to this day, don't know why I die when I do that...

1 RispondiNot really a noob at the time but you wouldn't have known it because I dismantled Light Beyond Nemesis when TDB launched rather than upgrade it through Xur. Now I need it and have no way to regen health on my warlock on HM.

1 RispondiTrying to kill Atheon with rockets, I couldn't understand why I kept dying ever time I fired my rocket. Team kept asking why I was dying inside the bubble, didn't know what to say. We tried for about an hour and then someone booted me, haha. I was still in the party chat and the guy was pissed saying "he wasn't helping us". I wasn't I didn't even have maxed weapons, I was just happy to be there. The joys of being a noob...
