I am a relative new player to Destiny 2. I raised my level to 1564, and as such, I want to use the Armor Synthesis Device, but it is inpperable. Everything I see online claims that Banshee-44 should give me the quest, but he got nothing for me. Is there a prequel I need to complete before this quest becomes available to me? or is it a bug? Any direction would be great!
