Halloween quest bugged if you abandoned solstice
I logged in for the Halloween event and all that Eva gives me is the quest for the 2024 solstice; I tried to log in and out; change characters and even abandon it again but it does nothing

I have a few questions: 1) Are you able to confirm that Eva does not have the Festival of the Lost quest, and that you also do not have it in your inventory? 2) Can you please provide a screenshot of Eva’s inventory? Thank you in advance for any additional information you can provide.

Did the first few and now I'm stuck on step 6 listed as Celebrating Solstice. This appears to have happened the last couple of years according to google searches for a solution.

I also have this issue. Have removed the quest multiple times and when I add it there is only the option for Solstice. I’m currently stuck on Step 6 get all the Alloys or some such.
