Some may ask "why I think" that. The reason is simple. The shader is the same as the default shader of the Pathfinder Suit (the Astral Alignment armor set). A shader, that is the exact same texture/shading as event armor is, should be either unlockable within the activity or the season pass leveling.
It should not be tied behind the Eververse, being purnchase-able for bright dust maybe 4 times at best within the next 6 months season uptime.
This is starting to feel wrong, Bungie. Why are shaders from game mode specific gear tied behind Eververse? This is not what we pay for. It is absolutely alright when armor unconected shaders like Lion's Pride are tied behind Eververse. But it is not for armor-specific Shaders like Reef Regalia (also the only shader since D1 featuring the Queens Wrath colors).
Edit: As comparison for other players, imagine playing a Raid and the Raid Shader is only achievable from Eververse Purnchase. This is, what this situation basically is.

2 RepliesIt's really not that deep. You can get it with bright dust earned by the season pass and bounties for free by playing the game, which is what you would have been doing anyway.
