The OPS missions or Quest?
I like to know if there is a bug or not? No matter what power I use solar or arc or etc. I have no grenades, all grenade is strand grapple hook no matter what grenade. Not using strand or prismatic

Check the modifiers. Grappler is active in quickplay solo/fireteam ops.
