While I'm curious about your age, credit & employment, I know better than to ask about it. What are/were you trying to buy? I'm going to recommend educating and training yourself using videos from CarEdge on YouTube. Watch them, re-watch them, practice the process until everything becomes second nature. Also, undestand that it's completely possible for both sides to come out ahead in a negotiation is huge.

1 ReplyYeah that’s right. Buy your car off eBay, then pay someone £10,000 for a shoebox diorama they photographed from the right angle to look like a car in their driveway.

2 RepliesHow am I supposed to get a car?

Eh, it's just hit or miss with them. From my experience it's 50/50. Just go in cautious and aware of red flags in the sale and you should be golden.

I have had some real winners when it comes to car dealerships.

1 ReplyMy last car was bought from a friend, current car was bought from family. Best way to get a car, in my opinion.

Some are, yes, but not all. All the ones I've ever dealt with were decent people, and knew a couple personally.

1 ReplyThe one and only car I've purchased was from a dealership. They transferred the vehicle from another state, gave me an awesome deal despite me being a first-time buyer, and it was no hassle at all. 🤷♂️
