Either way, that makes sense tbh. But don't they usually have streamers on their team?

It's random based matchmaking with lobby balancing and fireteam based matchmaking. They played with some 1kd streamer and bot walked to going negative every game. Just proved that Firteam based matchmaking doesn't work and the amount of fireteam members don't determine anything if they all suck.

I doubt they used the exact same matchmaking that the game has.

Huh? They qued guardian games supremacy. Matched 6 man teams and lost 25 straight. It was some charity event.

The game almost won't let you lose 25 in a row in regular matchmaking. Especially if you're in a 6 stack. I guess it's possible but still seems strange.
