All Triumphs complete missing 25 score

I have searched over everything and read countless reddit posts, but I'm missing 25 Triumph score, so I check light.gg and it says I have 879/879 triumphs completed. I'm confused on what I'm missing

Triumphs you cant get anymore are erased from the triumphs list. So you most likely missed some.

In the Reveler seal you have two triumphs that you haven’t completed. Don’t know if those add to your score or not. [spoiler]nibbles crayon[/spoiler]
