Speaking as someone who has played throughout D2 and obtained all such mods from their original sources, they should put any mod older than one year in the Monument to Lost Lights.
This would make it much easier for New Lights and those who took time off to obtain the older mods while also reducing the pool of mods Ava has to rotate through.
