Piercing Sidearms mod won't stay unlocked
OK, I don't know if we're going to be losing out on this artifact mod or what's going on, but each time that I unlock the Piercing Sidearms mod on the artifact, I leave and come back in and mod goes back to being locked. So what's going on with this?
