I can guarantee the complaints about other Hunter exotics and subclasses will go through the roof once StompEE5s gets nerfed. I personally don’t use StompEE5s, but once it gets nerfed I know for a fact that the rest of the Bunter kit will soon follow (people will always need something to complain about) We’ll probably reach a point where people will complain about Sealed Ahamkara Grasps or Star Eater Scales in PvP soon enough.

Yeah people dont realize that the only other strong related hunter exotics are super trolly. Graviton forfeit, khepris sting, gemini meta. Frostees spamming arcbolts. Be grateful that stompees are what most people are using now

What people don’t realise is both Warlocks and Titans are faster than a Hunter even if they have Stompees. So if they nerf Stompees then both Titans and Warlocks will need nerfing too.

Nerf all hunter exotics

I get so many free assists in sixes by using Jesters. See red close enough on radar, dodge, team kills them, you get the assist. (Does 1-2 damage, something trivial but still counts)

stompees need nerfing into the ground. hunters have by far the best movement in the game AND the best movement armour piece. stompees hunter is far ahead of anything in the game its ridiculous and hunters have to be brought more in line with warlocks and titans in general.

A lot of people that I know use everything else but stomp 335. Only time I use it just to get across large gaps with ease in mostly pve related activities.

D2 PvP is already too Fast... there is no need for even more Speed... Sliding is utility enough

I was on this train for a while then I realized that there are other things that can be addressed or adjusted first to create a diversity trend. We need new map designs and less weapons and exotics to be neutered into the game due to lack of neglect from Bungie for PVP. Bringing back Combined Arms could change the META and players exotic choices. If you think players are going to use long ranges constantly with this change, you are right probably for the first couple of weeks but then players will try their own builds. The reason people keep using the same loadouts and exotics is because we’ve had the same maps for years now with the ones that bestowed the idea of diversity being vaulted. Bungie needs to keep the small to medium maps for Trials and Comp while the medium to large maps be designed around Combined Arms or even a combination of modes in a single playlist called “Quickplay” for a more extensive casual play of different loadout choices. The more Bungie continues to ignores what is truthfully needed to change the game at its core versus neutering our sense of power and freedom within the sandbox changes, this game will never change. It will forever feel like a cycle of METAs and god rolls dictating how players play versus an actual balance of the core to fit the freedom of play by every player. Been playing BF4 and BF1 lately and what has kept me playing that game despite being completely garbage at it, is the maps being capable to fit anybody’s playstyle. You are gifted with the freedom to: Fly a plane Use a tank Run around with any weapon of your choice Use a Bayonet or a Turret Use a Flamethrower You can assassinate players. There are no special abilities nor supers but simple gameplay to fit any and all players and the competitiveness is within your own goals. I am simply using the fact that maps can make a difference on what constitutes as the META for the season versus Bungie controlling them with nerfs and buffs every season.

Trying to tell a hunter that there are other exotics instead of stompiees is like trying to tell a titan not to punch..

Gemini is only an issue if you spend the whole match watching radar, otherwise you have two built in radars on your face.
