new titan exotic is OEM 2.0
who the hell came up with idea to give titan 15% dmg buff for 10 seconds just by simply getting hit with stasis
can you please stop making broken titan exotics already
no to mention when titan breaks free from freeze with this he does about 70 dmg in 12m radius~
so u are being punished for simply playing the game its the same as with OEM guess bungie never learns
it also stacks with all dmg perks
edit:i dont use stasis and i dont even have half of the fragments unlocked, wish stasis was just removed from the game or nerfed into the ground, its just that exotics like those will create alot of issues later on
it takes one guy in team using stasis to keep buffing enemy titan for example and with current 120/DMT meta it will be even more busted

While I personally feel that anyone who mains Stasis in Crucible deserves an ice-cold bucket of dumpster water down their back, Bungie screwed up on this one. [b][i]Again.[/i][/b] First, if you're going to give [i]one class[/i] an exotic to combat Stasis, [b][i]give them all an exotic to combat Stasis.[/i][/b] Second, apparently the exotic can be used by Behemoth Titans, who are now not only empowered against enemy Stasis users, but free to use Stasis themselves without impunity. It should be locked to Light Subclasses. Third, although I am happy to see an exotic that evens the playing field, what we appear to have here is an exotic that tips the scales too far in the other direction.

Honestly I'm cool with this (hunter main for context). If you are going to use a mechanic like freezing and slowing to give yourself an advantage, there should be a drawback. I don't particularly love that my teammate can botch a kill against a titan they froze and I get two tapped for it, but it's a necessary evil. I like your comparison to OEM though. There should be an exotic that does something similar for each class that marks darkness subclass users when you're damaged by them. Hunters of darkness users.

Not even close of OEM in its glory days X) I prefer having a titan 2 taping with a 120 rpm for a short duration (exactly like rampage), than a titan 2 taping with an ace of spade, a wall hack, a regen, and an overshield XD.

It would be OP if they made those boots increase movement speed in air and ground, since titans are slow AF, and auto reload weapon and increase ready and quick draw speed. Or let you do a scorching flame slide into stasis crystals and near by opponents and destroy them, and then follow it up with a hammer strike melee. Or even a flaming scorpion styled teleport. Or maybe let you jump in the air a dash like a warlock. But a long dash and short dash, then come down like a hunter into a flaming ground pound. All while still having the damage buff.

Edited by Hunter-Max99: 5/14/2021 10:27:05 AMThere’s just to much going on on those boots for it being a single piece: -less slow time -faster break out when frozen -no damage for breaking out -aoe after breaking out -bonus damage for getting affected by stasis [u]or[/u] getting kills and that’s just one perk. It‘s just too much compared to other exotics. I mean it being the perfect counter to stasis is fine, but it also granting the ability for most high impact weapons into 1 and 2 tap is a bit overkill.

Imho, it should be Subclasses to counter Subclasses, for example — [b]Solar>Stasis>Void>Arc>Solar.[/b] Instead of a Damage buff (because those are a dime a dozen in this game) just increase the Resilience and Mitigation to each counter Subclass (abilities only).

Imean if you arent running stasis then its a damage buff they gain only every second or 3rd kill. Pretty underwhelming imo. Its a good counter to all the hunters crutching on stasis abillity spam. It brings balance in the way of "i wanna crutch on stasis but i might run into a titan so should i use stasis to begin with?"
