There's no difference in the consistent OHK range currently. Can check YT test videos for confirmation. It's all folks use because it was readily obtainable and pairs well with currently good and available primaries, not because it's a performance outlier. So there's no point in nerfing the performance. Unless you want to nerf aggressive frames as a whole.
