Very happy still, mostly because even more people are -blam!-in frothing at the mouth right now. Meanwhile I'm still using my loadout from last season, minus Recluse of course, and having fun playing with the squad. Raid on Saturday, gonna get some new guns, which will probably cycle out some of my old ones. [spoiler]The moral of the story is, I didn't give a crap then and I don't now. As a MMO Player this concept isn't new to me. But I am also enough of an asshole to laugh at the people who are mad their favourite pixel-gun is sunset.[/spoiler]

There nobody praising Bungie for sunsetting. There were some people that defended it, but I don't remember seeing a single person praising it. You are not special, vast majority of players were upset by the idea of sunsetting.

I said exactly the same thing. They sunset my gear and paid content, as essential that's what the planets are... I sunset my wallet for bungie, problem is there are far to many fanboys that will play and pay for whatever crap bungie shove out so nothing will ever change.

Mad about about sunsetting? Why? -Is it you don't want leave loot behind? Because that's a major part of any MMO type game, and this is suppose to be a MMO shooter. -You don't want to grind? We had it that way in year 1 and everyone complained. Damned if you do Damned if you don't! -You miss specific weapons? Really, we are going to make a fuss over the 5-6 none pinnacle weapons I do wish we had back? Pinnacles were way to OP, they needed to go. -The loot pool is to small? They needed to get rid of the pinnacle weapons and they wanted to move away from straight up DPS perks. This needed to happen badly, the game had no difficulty what so ever and high end content was a joke. It's the first season after, you got to give them a little time. 2-3 seasons from now this wont be an issue. Also, name games with bigger loot pools then this? What borderlands? -Excited about getting old guns? You still get excited getting a gun from 2 years ago? -Not enough content? If you need more content you need to switch to a MMORPG and even then you will run out of content a lot fast then you think. Everyone is acting like this is a yes or no, only 2 possible answers kind of question. IMO we should (as well as Bungie) be thinking outside the box. -Make elemental weapons open element again? -More direct paths to grinding weapons and rolls we want (good job on doing this with the lure hunts). -Add a percentage change to recover an Ascendant Shard when braking masterwork armor? I get it. You payed money for content that they removed. Completely fair complaint. But if these changes needed to happen, and they did need to happen; I would rather they rip the bandaid straight off and move on.

There is a big disconnect on what sun setting is supposed to do based on what they said compared to how they implemented it.

95% of the people were right about sunsetting. It f*%$ing SUCKS!!!
