Sounds like a personal problem. The season runs from December to March. I don't play all that much, and haven't hit the light level cap yet. If I play an hour and a half a day over the course of the season I'm looking at ~135 hours of play time.

Eh to each their own. Lots of people are finding this game boring, even the ones who dont play much.
