Izanagi's Burden quest bugged (Black Armory Key mold not obtainable)

The Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami Forge all rewarded their respective keys upon destroying the Post-1st round drones that appear in each of the Forges.
However, it seems that the Lock and Key quest cannot be completed by the Bergusia Forge's completion with the drones, nor with interaction with Ada-1. She does not give you the quest to obtain the key. I have looked to Reddit and other online sources but they are either out-dated or they are having similar problems. There seems to be virtually no solution to this so far.
Others report that more than one character is unable to obtain the quest or so and so, but that isn't the issue here. It's not that perhaps another one of my characters could have obtained the quest accidentally, it's that *none*, not even my main character which has the Lock and Key quest has any access whatsoever to getting the final key.
Is this a bug, or are my friends and I missing something?
If someone is able to clarify or share their experience on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’m having the same issue as well Bungie!!! Please fix this. I really want to use Izanagi for the raid. I can’t even get the Izanami quest from killing vex on Nessus like come on pleeeeaaaase.

2 RepliesI have the key mold from season of opulence launch telling me to max temper bergusia. I stopped playing til shadowkeep. Picked back up for Shadowkeep. But Bergusia forge doesn’t even give me an option to start the activity.

1 ReplyI have 2/4 pre Shadowkeep for Izanagi's burden's mystery box. Each time I try to complete the Gofannion forge it freezes at the start of round 3.

1 ReplyExactly the same issue. Got 2/4 keys pre-Shadowkeep. Got Butterfly Key from Izinami yesterday. Tried Bergusia today, empty loot box after shooting both drones. Went to see Ada, no quest step. It may be worth adding that I never finished the Izinami ignition quest pre-SK. Up to the step with Condensed Ether and the Taken essence from Io. tried abandoning it as it doesn't seem to be required. Ada had it under 'abandoned quests'. Unsure if I'd have to finish this before I got the mold, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Ada won't give me the key mold quest either. Haven't done this quest on either of my other 2 characters. Got the first 3 keys no problem.

I'm currently also having an issue with this quest, with all 3 forges done and the quest from Ada not popping up at all for the final step

I'm stuck at the questline with Spider thing, and ALSO can't get the key mold with 3 keys. There were so many bugs with this DLC. I have been stuck at this stopid thing since the big update. FIX IT. PLZ.
