That stag buff would be better on vesper of radius. I would say that the stag should grant you the empowered buff while you are critically wounded as well as the rift energy it gives now.

How about also add enhanced speed to cast a rift? Holding the crouch button to cast a rift takes long compared to a hunter dodge or even a Titan barricade I think.
