Cross save trouble
I have an account on pc Xbox and ps4. I’ve been able to access all my PlayStation account. But I’ve been unable to access any of my Xbox account.

When you enable Cross-Save, you choose one single account to play on every platform. If you chose your PS4 characters as your main Cross-Save data, then you will see your PS4 characters on every linked platform account when you go to play. Your Xbox characters are in storage and unavailable while you have your PS4 characters set up for Cross-Save.
