Outbreak Perfected is too overpowered should be balance
Outbreak Perfected is too Overpowered. It can even kill all of the raid bosses without any Challenge, It can replace most weapons to kill the bosses

It's op in pve,not pvp. It's about time we got an op pve gun. Seriously why do people even play this game, don't you want op weapons. People -blam!- that we don't feel strong against the enemies,we finally get some good choices,other than heavies and people want them nerfed. Outbreak,Arbalist, joten,even le monarque, are decent primary and secondary options,so we're not just running the same load outs over and over.

It’s a nasty pulse rifle.. Op it is not. Easy to compete against. I think the vigilance wing meta was a tad bit stronger than the outbreak pulse.

9 Repliesof course it is OP for raid bosses, we are at maxed out on delta for every current raid boss (by current I mean past). There are plenty of other weapons that melt the same bosses.

Its gonna get a PVE nerf. Use it while it lasts everyone.

1 ReplyI was just thinking it needs a buff. Not to damage, but the SIVA mites could be a little more aggressive. Sometimes they just swarm in place when another enemy is 2 meters away.

Raid bosses are not challenging getting to them is the fun quit wrecking our fun whisper is garbage compared to a random drop weapon quest weapons should be op that is why they are hard to get. WTF?

The damage multiplier based off nanites on target stacking with teammates will probably get removed.
