Did anyone know Xol has an insta kill melee attack?
After countless runs of that strike I decided to full auto sidearm Xol in the normal strike list. I moved up close, dropped a rally barricade and started shooting. He bite me! Insta kill! So my teammates both come up to revive me and he bites them too. Our whole team wiped haha. I had never gotten close to him before and just did it without thinking. I guess I should have assumed every boss has a stomp attack. We melted him quick after, from a distance lol.
Tldr: Don't go close to Xol. Death awaits you. With Big Sharp Pointy Teeth!

As controversial as that strike/story mission was, it was still fun to me. I’m not a big fan of immune mechanics, but with as important as Xol was, I wish it did have that mechanic. It’s So easy to melt and I wish we were required to use the Javelin to break shield or something. Just make it more interesting. PS: I Love the Xol transmat effect on my Thousand Wings!

Really. See I though his desgin was just for show. Also watch out for when he decides to slither across the platform. I think he likes the water that is laying there or something.

Also if you proc his melee attack, he will lunge ANYWHERE on the map and get you, it's hilarious.

Yeah, he did it to me once. I cannot remember if it happened when I tried to get a valkyrie he was close to, or tried to get closer to throw it. It's been a while. I do remember dying in one hit though.

I already knew that, but it became very apparent to me when I decided to Thundercrash Xol in the mouth. It worked. I killed a worm god by punching it. But at the cost of my own life... Good thing I'm a guardian.
