I would ask that Heavy is drastically reduced. To be fair in all gamemodes it should be spawned in the middle of the current fighting zone where both teams have the chance of fighting over it. D1 did this really well.
I like the longer spawn timer HOWEVER. As you have based this mode around the CP game mode in Overwatch, I would consider some of their rules like multi hero stacking restrictions. Without the rules in place, the mode would never work. Thats why it was changed so early on in OW lifecycle. I dont even know if you have the capability to do that but it certainly needs reconsidering. Four Nova locks or (heaven forbid) even two blade barrages with Shards of G, mean you are NEVER touching that point due to super recharge and orb gen.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
