I Counted my gunsmith engrams... A total of 487... NO ANTIOPE
Its common for us to go back and forth from the gunsmith and not expect antiope. Even so early! For me however I think I should say something... As the title says I have collected a total of 487 gunsmith engrams, and of those engrams I have still not retrieved an Antiope. I've been at work collecting gunsmith materials very often and at the point I reach here. I think somethings messed up. Like.... Come on Bungie do what you did with that death machine that shot red lasers, (Quote me on that and name the exotic) and just nerf it, or make the chances OF getting it higher with a tiny nerf so that way not EVERY single D2 player uses it.

1 ReplyI think the game picks a random legendary weapon that you will simply never get. Unlucky it picked antiope for you :( I cannot get a frontier justice for the life of me. I know it isn't a great scout, but I really like the gun.

2 RepliesGet the adjudicator. Got mine after many months of trying. Here's a tip, if it is not in his inventory (preview the engram across from him) you won't get it. Only turn in engrams when it is there.

I have received several Antiopes. Some of them were dismantled because I never use this gun. Currently, I have 3 of them in the vault.

Huh? Thought I noticed an up-tic in smg use during the Banner. Not my thing. I've probably dismantled 9-10 of them since reaching lvl 20.

Had a masterwork w range drop the other night

I cashed in 650 at one time, and got one. I wasn't looking for one since I don't PvP, but I knew how coveted it is. After 3 minutes of use it got the masterwork upgrade and now sits at #2 behind the last breath and ahead of nameless midnight on my legendary kinetic depth chart.

4 RepliesIt is simply that people are getting stuck in certain loot pools. Bungie refuses to acknowledge how the loot pools work. I have understood them since Destiny 1, and bungie refuses to explain how it works. With that said, You are not in the pool that has Antiope as a possible reward. It's as simple as that. I have not gotten a Tone Patrol in months. Last night I got 2 back to back. Same for Black Widow... Got 6 of them this week alone. I never get that gun. I also have a friend that I play with on a regular basis, and we always get the same rewards as each other. I told him to stop getting bad rewards, as a joke, and then I would get the same exact rewards. Since then, we try to predict what the other will get from his rewards. I would say that 50% of the time, we are correct... and this is both hilarious, and disgusting at the same time. Hundreds of possible rewards, and we both get the SAME thing as the other person, AND they are typically duplicates of the item we have equipped, or recently received. That excitement factor, of getting something unique, is completely drained from the game. It is the entire reason why people play games Like Destiny and Diablo... It has nothing to do with the actual reward... I still for some reason get excited to get an Exotic Engram, even though I know it is going to be dismantled.

I feel for you man but my problem is it raining that stupid gun & it seems I can’t get anything else. I wish that I could just give them away to those who want one because I don’t need any more😕

It took me a long time to get mine one of the few real grinds I've had. Got it sometime around new year. Good news is they come easy after the first one. Good to have one on all three characters

I've gotten over 30 of those and deleted every one. I don't play PvP.
