for PVP i would say that halo is better because the weapons were balanced really well (except the pistol in halo 1 that thing was godly) and its comparable to destiny since its a slow TTK game same as destiny. for PVE i would say borderlands, same looter shooter gameplay but a shit ton more content and guns that actually feel and perform differently

Honestly shooters never age well. I tried to play GoldenEye a few years ago and it’s SO BAD. Like terrible. A lot of it is nostalgia, or comparing things to how good they were for their time. But head-to-head it’s laughable how much better current gen shooters are than older ones. Say what you will about Destiny but the gameplay and shooting mechanics are very satisfying and well done.

I have a legnthy list: -The FPS Segments of Banjo Tooie -CoD Ghosts -CoD3 -Destiny 1 -Pokemon Snap -Skyrim if you play as an Archer -TF2 (hat simulator, not Mechs With Swords) -Battlefield 2 -Battlefield 4 on 360 and PS3 -Battlefield 3 on 360 and PS3 -Going outside and throwing lemons at people while screaming "Deus Vult" continuously (inb4ban). -Half Life 3 -Half Life 4 -Counter Strike 1.6 -Roblox Overwatch -Roblox Counter Strike -Postal 2 -The Hunting segments of The Oregon Trail -Surgeon Simulator if you play it on a DDR mat without being able to use your arms, legs, or face to press the buttons.
