Tomorrow, we’re adding a PVP map to Destiny 2 with Iron Banner starting at 2 AM Pacific. Distant Shore will be available in all playlists when the event ends.

5 RepliesI'm glad to have another map in the crucible playlist especially one I enjoyed from Destiny 1 and, it's FREE! I'm all for bringing back old maps to be remade as long as their free for everyone. This is a good step for bungie and should be done more often.

19 RepliesBungie gives players a free map that is reminiscent of D1 and everyone gets mad. They could have been like any other game and dropped it as a DLC, making you pay extra for it. Why is it that Bungie can never do anything nice without some crybabies crying "yeah but what about muh PVE?" "I'm never playing this game again!!1!" And "it was nice but you could have ______"

Send the word out already!! any chance you guys could please add the private matches! RUMBLE!!!! And for god sakes add a big team matchup!! Seriously I’m speaking for everyone even YouTube and Reddit is just bashing the game, honestly I liked parts of the game just not liking the fact you guys just didn’t expand from Destiny 1 other then the weapon balancing , and cutting stuff out that didn’t needed to be cut out people calling it reskin of D1 , selling us back the remade content ? I call it just pure garbage! I spent 6700 hours just playing the crap out of D1 bc it was rewarding and fun knowing that something was gonna be rewarding , even if it was shyt I’d go back to get it again As for pvp to the fact people are just relying on antelope MIDA and the last hope, each and every match just sad !! And that the beta had better play than this , just leave Destiny one content in destiny 1 you have to let it go or just build it better then b4 , shores is a great map I totally agree with that , but then you might as well add the rest of the destiny one maps and make a classic playlist for it , as far as the raid goes callus tokens are cool but no raid rewards till the boss gets killed is just kinda frustrating and doesn’t feel rewarding! I’m hoping the prestige raid will be better but if it’s not worth doing it then I just give up on destiny totally,

6 RepliesNothing you guys add or do matters until you fix matchmaking. As a solo player why is it 8 out of 10 games i get matched with 3 randoms vs a full fireteam? It is a real and sure way to kill the fun and population out of the game. This IB has been the worst experience for me personaly so far. Changes need to be made in which more often full teams go vs full teams. Im a casual player and so is most of your community and player base.

Is this map real? I'm 27 matches in on Iron Banner and I haven't gotten it yet. I got the leviathan one 3 times in a row, and the one on Io a dozen times or so though.

If you don't have time to address the pvp problems we have and weapons that are not reskins of crappy destiny 2 weapons. Then i don't have time for your game in which i invested in for fun. please take this youtubers advice.

If they had said "We are bringing back one of your favorite D1 maps" it would have been met with praise from a huge number of the community. Instead, because they used the term "adding a map", y'all got all sensitive and wanted to pick at something. I love having that map back in play, its a great size for 4v4 and they eliminated some of the cheese spots that were there in D1. Go back to condition yellow guys, and Cosmo, in my line of work I run most of my bulletins by a tight group of people that have my back. Not saying you don't, but maybe its something to look at. Thanks for my map back :)
