So about the Dubious Rocket Launcher
In the Glallerhorn mission, A Symbol of Honor, your Ghost mentions the Royalty line of launchers, including Truth, and Charlemagne. I don't know about you, but I think that the Dubious Ordnance is actually called Charlemagne

GHOST: These look like components for their "Royalty" line of launchers: Baron, Viceroy, Charlemagne... huh. This is a bunch of development materials from Lomar's work; I think some of these designs became the Truth launcher. This is it; these components match the notations on the Gjallarhorn blueprints. We've got what we need!

12 RepliesDubious would probably be way overpowered. You're talking about a Rocket Machine Gun that reloads rounds when killing things. Either it'd be the exotic to finally stomp prenerf Ghorn, or it will be lackluster. [spoiler]i believe sleeper beats Y1 Ghorn, but no one ever remembers poor sleeper[/spoiler]

Edit. I might be wrong but I think the name of Rasputin's creators is The 7 seraphs.

Well, actually, in the mission "The Walls Come Down," you can glitch into "Splicership Menkis-Syn" which is probably open on daily heroic and it's probably like Black Spindle.
