I think it will ship with a finished story campaign and a multiplayer 4v4 Slayer mode.

4 hours of story in which the Forerunners travel from the past into the future, causing everyone to panic. In an effort to get rid of them, they set off all know Halo installations. The end.

1 ReplyNo download time, already installed Open Halo 6 No load time Immediately bombarded with micro transactions (also the highest) Prompted to buy the multiplayer/single player Prompted to buy starter guns/gear
-
We already have halo 6. It's just not called halo 6. It's called CoD: Infinite warfare
-
1 ReplyWe already talking about halo 6? Honestly I thought 343 were dropping the numbering in the titles.
-
2 RepliesI'ma be optimistic here -better story than 5. Hell I haven't even finished it -customization more like Reach -keeping spartan abilities (which they should as it gives you more options). -improved forge -better firefight -return of social

Everyone I know seems to be begging for split screen for some reason. You ever played black ops 3 split screen campaign? That's exactly why Halo didn't do it. Turns off a lot of the environment, makes it lag like crazy most of the time and just looks awful. They easily could've added it, but it would've failed miserably. It's weird seeing so many people complain about not having split screen considering most of us aren't 10 years old anymore. Everybody has a console and a tv. You can easily take turns also. Apparently nobody remembers those days.

2 RepliesI honestly could not care as long as it does three things - removes sprints - add split-screen back in - has a long campaign and a good story Those 3 things above all else are what made Halo Halo, for me that is I'm sure others disagree.

It will go back to Halo4's style.
-
Dab REQ packs, which allow you to dab once. Also they're limited use.
-
1 single story mission. The rest will be available in REQ packs

2 Repliesfor me, halos story ended at 3

They've improved with every release so far and actually seem to somewhat be aware of fans' feeling toward their massive number of screw ups. My guess is it will launch with multiplayer, campaign, and forge but will have more playlist options while the population is still at its peak. Then before Christmas a reach style firefight will be released along with similar map rollouts we saw for halo 5. Depending on how the newest classic playlist goes in halo 5 I could see that being a launch focus as well, getting back to the basics. My biggest fear is that they go the same path with random armor unlocks. Hopefully we get more like Achilles and helioskrill instead of the horrid random boxes

It will have mission 1 of the campaign. Slayer and some competitive playlist for their tournament promoting. 10,000 REQs to collect, fewer points earned per game. Three years of free DLC: Missions 2-12 of the campaign, one episode a month. 24 game modes, one game mode a month. Custom games in 6 months. Forge in 12 months. File browser in 18 months. Firefight in 24 months. New maps will be added after Forge is released so 343i can steal player made maps. Of course each month, we will get 1,000 new REQs. Also, there will be a lot of bugs and delays so it will take 36 months to roll it all out. Eventually, we will have the content, but forge will be glitchy. Custom games won't load properly. File Browser won't save maps, but instead just show them to you. Then, 343i will begin work on Halo 7, the most revolutionary Halo ever! The revolution? No campaign or forge! More REQs and MP for all!

Edited by Uuv: 11/6/2016 12:11:44 AMI want to assume better than 5 at launch. The game used to be pretty bare bones in terms of content in the beginning, and it's really pushed a good amount of content out, but even now with how far it's come, there are still so many core game modes missing. I just want KOTH and Juggernaut damn it. Along with Race so those awesome tracks people make get put to good use.

Space magic

Shit. I think the content will be shit.
-
1 ReplyHope it doesn't suck as much as 5
-
Not raising my hopes for it at all. I'm not really digging 343 Halo. I'm still playing the classics on MCC.

2 really long Campaign missions with an opening and closing cutscene for each. 1 playlist: 4v4 slayer. On a map that is big enough to be a btb map by halo 3 standards. Armor customisation limited to full suits. But don't worry, you can unlock different paintjobs for them. Emblems? What emblems? 80gb of forge content, will basically be unreal engine level editor at that point. Won't be in the game at launch though. All remaining unique weapons become generic guns (sniper looks like every cod sniper, AR is just an M16, magnum is just a glock, etc). No customs. Who plays halo for those?
-
Your standard array of game modes, a half-assed story, about 6 actual maps with one being a Forge World type that has 4 different variants premade. Theater and Firefight.
-
Few Arena-styled playlist, but with a lengthy and engaging campaign to the player. Probably 8-10 maps in arena.

Realistically I think it'll launch with whatever content is in halo 5, with new maps, probably a new "groundbreaking" game mode, and a new selection of brute weapons, and maybe vehicles
