I don't know about you guys but those 3 shot hand cannons are possibly the most annoying thing in the world next to Pre-nerf Thorn and Universal Remote

That only works if they are all crits or a LITC procs.

Litc can 2 tap you. Most HC 3 tap without any procs.

Not true. Most can 3 tap with only one or two headshots the rest can be a body
