Crucible needs a Primary only mode
Personally, I have the most fun in crucible when it's one-on-one primary battles. No heavy ammo, no special weapons, no supers, just straight up gun skill. Anybody else into that idea?

It's not really earned through map control, or besting other players. It's almost entirely passive. Special crates spawn in or around the base. Rarely do I EVER fight over these. Special ammo is bascially given to us. In Halo for example, "special" weapons spawned in highly contested areas on the map. There were obvious exceptions, but generally you have to push to gain power. You wanted a sniper on Lockout? You better control several key routes to the spawn if you want to nab it! Also, in Destiny, the entire team can grab ammo, making the whole experience spammy as all hell! Honestly I don't think special/heavy is the issue. It's the way they are implemented. Way too easy for a team to spam special weapons, while neglecting their primary entirely.
