TDB 9 weeks to push out the door and the "raid" was nothing but 3 glorified strikes back to back. HoW didn;t even include a raid, and I didn;t even want to play 50% of the content in there due to PvP releated. TTK had about 6 weeks of playtime before I had done everything and got 90% of the y2 gear. Time gated content and all the PvP nerfs making PvE harder and harder to stomach. Honestly unless Y3 is in the free-$15 price range, I;m not going to bother. Luke Smith taking over Creative direction and Bungie CEO getting fired, all echoing the vanilla release. People getting fired, content cut a year before release then sold back to players all y1 and y2. Dont even get me started on the unwanted micro transactions, that was supposed to fun the live events this year. We got SRL, 2 maps cut from vannilla, and PvP focused. Crimson doubles, another PvP focused event and we got an april update. Is it just me that thinks that this was not worth it? That and all the y2 radio silence, still happening with all the weekly non updates. The SBMM that no one wanted ever. Even went so far as to lie to the whole PvP community by saying that it wasn't active, when it had been active for months. After vanilla they had no plan for this game, and its showing now. Thay have also said that they can't support their own dev tools or update the engine. Y3 i;ll pass

4 RepliesRise of iron is not going to be a reset, whatever content they put together between Rise of Iron and Destiny 2 won't be a reset either. (if Destiny 2 really is pushed back to September 2017) Destiny 2 is likely to be a reset - - BUT - - they haven't said it will be. and with the idea that its a 10 year evolution - - - - there may be NO reset, just adding more stuff as time goes on. We will have to wait and see.

I highly, highly doubt that they'll make our hard-earned Y2 gear redundant. I'm sure that the last thing they want is for us to think that our favourite gear has become obsolete. I am just for the fact I can lvl up again and get new gear. Instead of staying at max. If every doc had progression raids with progression loot I'd be happy.

7 RepliesReally hope that destiny 2 will be rated M. People argue that young teens wouldn't buy it but lets be serious in today's society parents will buy their kids rated m games to shut up or do well in school as a condition. Being rated m will allow destiny to have more gore like our swords actually slices them and seeing blonde instead of pushing them back. I would pay 60$ again if this destiny was sold to me rated M so my warlock can burn enemies and see them burn and bleed like they would if a solar grenade landed on them.

I want cursing and enemies that are actually terrifying to imagine. Story missions with death and destruction; something that makes me feel like my guardian has something to fight for, something to protect, something to lose. I want to see my sol edge slice my enemies apart, not just hit them backwards a couple feet. In my opinion destiny's target audience really holds back its potential
