Is there any other kind of sniper?

Rifled barrel with the op's other perks makes it easier for headshots. It's an ideal role for hard scoping. QuickDraw or snapshot would be better perks on a different play style.

Take a look at my hunter's sniper, I'm trying to transition to snipers and thinking about keeping this because of the perks and scope but the balance on it is atrocious.

Yeah, I've been playing for a while, man. I just haven't played since late October, getting back into since the April update, snipers is where it's at now, it was easy sniping in Y1. I had a nice Longbow and Her Benevolence but never got too much into the stats or anything, now every match is crazy competitive so you have to have good perks, know about aim assist and all this other crap to even have a shot.

Yea a lot of it is getting the enemy in a choke point and knowing the map. Staying out of sniper lanes unless u can get there first. Sitting down or the applause taunt are great for looking around corners. The scope is the biggest thing on the sniper. I like Longview slr10 and shortgaze. Aim assist helps if you like it. QuickDraw is better than snapshot now. Lol my biggest thing is playing without raging, which can be tough.

I'll keep a look out for those scopes but I think I'm SOL on the emote, wasn't around for it. The raging is why I stepped away for a while, it was getting frustrating, especially the raids. Anyway, thanks for the info and tips, I'll see you out there.

Nice roll. Can't go wrong with shortgaze. More range equals easier headshots, basically. Unflinching with eye of the storm look like they would pair nicely together. Stability, QuickDraw, and snapshot make the gun just feel better to me. Some give and take there unless ur a bladedancer.
