I have the best Scout rifle. No satire. No opinions. Just straight fact.
Before YOU EVEN SAY IT.
Suros DIS-43 is OK at best.
Hammer forged? This thing already has staggering range. Why want more?
Full auto? If you can't tap a trigger at 120(?) RPM, I have no business to talk to you.
Smallbore? It's a scout rifle in the "VOC" Category. The stability is renound.
Now, if you want a TRUE scout rifle, look at mine. The perks cover all the weaknesses to make it the best one around. No Hung jury, no PISS-43.
H8 and complements alowed.
Edit: THIS IS ABOUT SCOUT RIFLES. I DON'T CARE ABOUT YEAR 2 FATEBRINGER FOR HAND CANONS. HAND CANONS ARE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL RIGHT NOW.

Lol! All that build up for that mediocre weapon? People belittle how efficient & good firefly really is. You can take out an entire group of tier 1 enemies with just 2 shots. Your perks, zen moment, is mediocre at best. It's not really good on a scout rifle. Then outlaw, it's alright... But with hung jury's already high reload speed & pair it with scout rifle loader on gauntlets & it's pretty much obsolete. Nothing beats hung jury. Nothing.

I have the same 1 with the same load out just not as strong yet, and instead of outlaw mine has third eye, check it out on my warlock. I pair it with my gauntlets that have scout rifle reloader so it makes up for the hand laid stock. No offense but personally with the gauntlets and 3rd eye i think mines a bit better but with nothing but the rifle yours is more well rounded. I miss my B-line Trauma though and the solid high rof scout rifles. I'll put my B-line on my hunter if any1 wants to check it out.
